Pool Rules 2021  
1. Pool members and guests must abide by rules and regulations set forth by the committee and officers of the club.

2. To hold membership in the pool, all Club membership dues must be in current standing. Dues are for a season

3. Opening and closing times will be posted. Pool will be closed during thunder and lightning, and storms. Pool may be closed upon direction of Wicomico County Health Dept.

4. Visitors from other clubs paying transient dockage will be allowed to use the pool as part of their dockage fee.

5. A pool member may invite a guest no more than six (6) times per season.

6. Children age 14 and under are not allowed in the pool area without parent or responsible adult pool member. Balls, water wings, infant inner tubes (accompanied by an adult) are permitted. Surf mats and tire inner tubes are prohibited.

7. No beverages in glass containers may be brought into the pool area. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into pool area unless purchased from Club. No glassware, china, silverware, or breakable containers are allowed in pool area.                 

8. The pool gate must be shut and locked at all times. The lock system cannot be bypassed or altered as to regulations.

9. Pets are not permitted at any time. There will be no diving,
running, pushing, wrestling, or undue disturbances in or about the pool area.

10. Abusive or profound language will not be tolerated.

11. Infants must wear rubber pants with elastic legs and waist.

12. Members and guests must properly dispose of food and beverage containers and any other items in proper receptacles upon leaving the pool area. Be sure to take all your belongings with you when leaving.

 NO BATHING SUITS PERMITTED IN RESTAURANT AND BAR AREA OF THE CLUB HOUSE. TO ENTER BUILDING PROPER CLOTHING WHICH INCLUDES SHIRTS AND SHOES ARE REQUIRED.  

Violations or infractions of these rules and regulations will be dealt with by the Pool Committee and/or Board of Directors. Property is under surveillance at all times.

Pool members and guests are responsible for their actions and any disturbances or destruction on pool property. Anyone, who at the discretion of any Bridge Officer, Board Member, or service staff, who is considered a discipline problem will be asked to leave.


These rules and regulations may be revised at any time by the appropriate committee.


Suggestions or complaints may be made in writing to the Pool Committee or Board and must be signed. These may be turned into any Pool Committee Member, Bridge Officer or Board Member.
